How do you vet your cleaning team?

We interview our candidates on the telephone and then in their own home. We check their ID and proof of their address and we only accept them on to our books if we are 100% satisfied and they meet our high standards.

Will I meet my cleaner?

Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with our choice of cleaner for you, and our clients usually are, you are not obligated to accept the first candidate.

Do I get the same cleaner each week?

Yes the cleaner we allocate to you will be your regular weekly cleaner.

Do I have to be at home when my cleaner comes?

It's up to you. If you wish, you can give your cleaner a key, and many of our customers do.

What if my cleaner is sick or on holiday?

No problem as we will endeavour to cover for sickness and holidays so that you never miss a clean.

Can I change my cleaner if I am not happy?

Yes of course. We are local to you and can react quickly to any concerns. We have a varied cleaner base so just give us a call.

How soon can I get a cleaner?

We endeavour to get you a cleaner started within a week of meeting you, but this can depend to a great extent as to where you live and how many hours you require.

Do I supply my own products?

Yes. You can then choose the products you prefer, and this helps to keep the costs down.

Are your cleaners insured?

We provide insurance for cleaners against accidental damage and public liability giving you and your cleaner peace of mind.
